Frying pan made from 99 % pure iron. Eco-friendly, recyclable and hard-wearing, this steel pan in 99% pure iron is guaranteed without surface treatment. It naturally encourages the caramelising of cooking juices and the formation of a crust*. When seasoned, it becomes perfectly non-stick. Suitable for all hobs including induction hobs.
